01 · Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FeedbackWorthy (“Service”), a testimonial collection and display platform available at feedbackworthy.com. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FeedbackWorthy is operated by Osaf Ali Sayed, an individual sole proprietor based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

02 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FeedbackWorthy. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

03 · Account Registration

To use FeedbackWorthy you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Maintain only one account per person

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

04 · Free Tier

FeedbackWorthy offers a permanent free tier with the following limits:

• 25 testimonials
• 1 collection form
• 1 workspace
• 1 embed component
• FeedbackWorthy branding on all embeds

The free tier is available indefinitely with no time limit. No payment method is required to use it. To remove these limits or access additional features, you must subscribe to a paid plan.

05 · Subscriptions & Billing

FeedbackWorthy offers the following subscription plan:

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (“Lemon Squeezy”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record on your invoice and is responsible for collecting payment and remitting applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. All invoices and receipts are issued by Lemon Squeezy.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We do not store your payment card details — all payment data is held securely by Lemon Squeezy.

06 · Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. On cancellation:

• Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
• At the end of that period, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier
• You retain access to your account and all data within the free tier limits
• No prorated refund is issued for unused days in the current billing period

Your account and data are never deleted as a result of cancellation or downgrade.

07 · Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

08 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FeedbackWorthy to:

• Collect, fabricate, or publish fake or misleading testimonials
• Harass, defame, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these policies without prior notice.

09 · Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to FeedbackWorthy, including workspace data and testimonials collected through your forms. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content collected via your testimonial forms and for obtaining any necessary permissions from your reviewers to collect and display their submissions.

10 · Intellectual Property

The FeedbackWorthy name, logo, platform code, and design are the intellectual property of Osaf Ali Sayed. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or service marks.

11 · Third-Party Services

FeedbackWorthy is built on and integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudinary (file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing). Your use of FeedbackWorthy means your data is also processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

12 · Service Availability

We aim to keep FeedbackWorthy available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

13 · Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

14 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

15 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

16 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
