Refund Policy

01 · How Billing Works

All FeedbackWorthy subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy (“Lemon Squeezy”), who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record on your invoice, handles all payment processing, and is responsible for all refund decisions and statutory consumer rights.

By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Lemon Squeezy's Refund Policy, which govern the payment relationship.

02 · Free Tier

FeedbackWorthy offers a permanent free tier with no payment required. You can use the Service indefinitely within the free tier limits at no cost. Billing only begins when you choose to upgrade to the Starter plan.

03 · When Billing Begins

Billing begins only when you explicitly select the Starter plan and complete payment through Paddle's checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.

04 · Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. After cancellation:

• Your Starter plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
• At the end of that period, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier
• You retain full access to your account and all data within the free tier limits
• No prorated refund is issued for unused days in the current billing period

Your account and data are never deleted as a result of cancellation or downgrade.

05 · Requesting a Refund

Because Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, all refund requests must go through Lemon Squeezy directly — we do not process payments ourselves and cannot issue refunds on Lemon Squeezy's behalf.

To request a refund, visit app.lemonsqueezy.com and use your order confirmation or subscription receipt. Lemon Squeezy's team will handle your request in accordance with their Refund Policy and any applicable consumer protection law in your country.

06 · Exceptions & Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country. In particular, consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase under applicable law. Lemon Squeezy handles these requests in accordance with their Terms of Service.
